The safety and quality of one2play products is our top priority. It is deeply ingrained in our business strategy, where one of the principles is to select products with which we would want our own children to play. Therefore, before any product is admitted, we make a very rigid selection of toys, which primarily must be safe and of good quality, and they also must offer added value in terms of the categories of education, innovation or development.

Reliable manufacturers, partners and suppliers

In selecting products, we take into account the manufacturer and supplier who must be both verified and reliable partners. Only such partners can provide all certificates and codes with which one2play conforms at the time of selecting articles. The manufacturer is asked to test products in several phases in the production phase – from the taking of random samples, the testing of first products, to the testing of finished products.

World and European institutions must approve laboratories in which such testing is carried out. The laboratories must be completely independent of manufacturers and state institutions.

Controlling Quality and Safety

After a product arrives on our market, before being placed on the shelf, one2play tests all of its products. Before a product arrives to Croatia, our suppliers and partners must test the products in the production process, and also the final product. The testing then continues in Croatia, in the laboratories foreseen and regulated by law and in the agencies for supervising the safety of products. Such institutions and laboratories test the toy and product in terms of all substances, including paints, materials, the risk of falling parts or materials from the product.

one2play carries out strict controls of materials in products, and in its offer DOES NOT HAVE any products which include phthalates or any other materials harmful to human health. Before the product reaches the shelf, it must undergo all available methods of detecting any technical or human errors, and only such product, which meets all criteria, may be placed on the shelf. We believe that it is our obligation that our toys are primarily safe and of good quality, so each one of them meets and fulfils the European safety standard EN71.

Strict controls of the said processes reduce the possibility of selling defective toys to the minimum, and the involvement of Croatian laboratories foreseen by law ensures an additional examination of each product. In view of the extreme importance of the safety of toys, one2play is in the possession of all safety and quality certificates for each of its products.
