As of 1 October 2009, one2play has a loyalty award scheme for its loyal customers, where each lipa spent counts! Without having to carry around an extra card in your wallet, in a matter of minutes you can become an one2play friend.

How to receive benefits in the one2play Friends Club?
You do not need an extra card in your wallet to become a member of the one2play Friends Club – we take care of everything, and at any time you can be informed about the state of your purchases by calling 01/ 6400 864 or your nearest one2play store.
• All your purchases are recorded and added.
• After you collect HRK 1,000 in purchases, at your next purchase you can take advantage of a 10% discount, and after you collect HRK 5,000 we give you a MRAAAK birthday party for free. After you take advantage of the discount or benefit, you begin to collect Kuna again.
• Any amount above HRK 1,000 or 5,000, which you do not use to take advantage of the discount or free birthday party – is carried forward and added to your subsequent purchases, no time restrictions apply.
• Any discounts accumulated over HRK 1,000 may not be added, that is, the accumulated amount of HRK 1,000 entitles you to a 10% discount (for example, if you collect HRK 2,000, you are entitled to two purchases at a 10% discount).
• You can take advantage of your right to a discount at any time at any one2play store.
If you are still not our member, please present a bill as proof of purchase and we shall enter you in our database.
• Any adult can become an one2play friend at the time of purchase. You only have to fill in the application form.
• one2play assumes the obligation not to share, exchange or present for review the e-mail and contact details of its registered users to any third party.
• one2play retains the right to change the Rules, of which you shall be duly notified.
• You as the main member can also register your family members as extra members. Thus, everyone can take part in purchases by recording them in their name, where the amounts are added to the account of the main member.
• Where extra members are not entered through membership, it is sufficient that at the time of purchase they mention that they wish to add the amount spent to your name.
• Only the main member may exercise the right to a discount, on presentation of a document which includes his photograph.
• The amounts of purchases may not be subsequently transferred or added to the accumulated purchases of other members.
• The accumulated amount of purchases serves exclusively for exercising the right to a discount and benefits in line with the Rules and may not be exchanged for money, or to make money claims or purchase products for the amount in question.
